Feedback on the new version of the Residential Tenancy Modernization Act (RTMA) continues. Incorporating feedback a new version 1.1 has been released. It furthers the goal of this proposal to build a rental framework that is fair for tenants, viable for landlords, and sustainable for Prince Edward Island.
