Silt run-off into Bagnall’s Pond

Government will not clean silt out of pond as they indicate that the land under Bagnall’s Pond is privately owned.  But government culverts from Route 2 run directly onto this private property, and the owners believe that they should get compensation for clean-up of silt from this run-off.
